Operations
The operational framework of RIAM is defined in three key documents:
Statutes
Internal Regulations
Charter
Additionally, a strategic orientation document outlines the operational objectives, activities, and methods of action.
Special attention is given to the governance of the association, decision-making processes, and relationships among its members. These practices are aligned with the values and principles set out in the charter and are adjusted as needed to meet the association’s evolving requirements.
The Team
RIAM is structured with a Strategic Orientation Committee (SOC) and an executive board, with members elected for three-year terms.
Strategic Orientation Committee (SOC):
Composed of individual and collective members (individuals, representatives of associations, cooperatives, companies).
Executive Board:
Serves as the executive body for decisions and strategic orientations from the SOC. It ensures proper organization of activities and sound financial management of the association.
